KONICA MINOLTA LAUNCHES NEW VERSION OF Ysoft SafeQ

Konica Minolta Business Solutions Middle East is expanding its Ysoft SafeQ office software platform with the launch of its sixth version. The latest version of Ysoft SafeQ is a platform for print accounting, cost reporting and print policy, as well as for advanced and accurate data capture. With its modular design, the product can be scaled to fit a wide variety of customer’s needs.

In the new version, Ysoft SafeQ application is even more flexible than it has ever been before,” said Tina Vilaca, Solutions Architect Manager at Konica Minolta. “The benefits such as reducing costs, improving productivity and increasing the security of document handling, has been extended beyond printed paper copies to digital, scanned content. This makes YSoft SafeQ6 a powerful response to our customers’ demands for both print management and document workflow management. The solution is proven to work in perfect unison with the Konica Minolta multi-functional devices, whilst adding total visibility and security to the end-to-end service.”

One seamless solution for print management & advanced workflow

Customers can expect to manage their entire print and document capturing systems efficiently with the use of a single software solution.  In addition, users also benefit from harmonized interfaces and a centralized installation. One major enhancement of the platform is Client Based Print Roaming. Print jobs can be spooled directly from the PC running SafeQ client, bypassing the busy print server, reducing number of servers and saving bandwidth.

A scalable solution for the perfect fit

Thanks to the modularity of the YSoft SafeQ platform, all of the modules and suites on offer can be configured precisely to the needs of the customer. This allows any organisation – from SMBs to global enterprises - to secure document handling, reduce print costs and implement efficient document workflows in an increasing digital environment.
